A Fantastic Farmhouse

Wendy Valliere’s 1842 farmhouse in Stowe, Vermont is definitely one to look at. I love her use of bold color and patterns. Somehow, she is able to pull off designing with both and still make her home a serious showstopper.

The country french theme is carried out throughout this captivating home complimented by touches of painted lacquered wood. It so happens that Wendy and I share the same taste in patterns. Damask and Toile happen to be two of my favorite!

I love this distressed turquoise cabinet in the dining room also!
