Loving Yoga Lately

I have been taking some yoga classes recently at my gym and I am totally getting into it. It takes awhile to get a hold of the practice and how to get the correct posture, etc. But I have found it to be the perfect fit into my workout regimen and a great way to practice balance, flexibility, and strength training. Not to mention super relaxing and a way to just get away from it all.
